I’ve started working on my Easter cards to send to the ladies of our Women’s Bible Study at church. I’m using quite a bit of retired product, but the one thing I am using that is in the current catalog is the Note Cards & Envelopes. Since I plan on making approximately 80 of these, these cards work out perfectly since they are a little smaller and are already scored and have the matching envelopes. The Vellum I used just adds the little bit extra that was needed.

I love this retired set and am using the sentiment for the inside of the card. I have run my Gold Foil through my Xyron, along with the Glimmer Paper. This way when I use my die to cut the foil and glimmer, I have a ready-made sticker. The ovals are from the Layering Ovals die which is still available.

Here is the inside with my sentiment. I used the Soft Suede ink to stamp the saying. All in all, the thing that takes the longest is just running everything through my Big Shot. Once that is done, the card comes together fairly quickly. Can you believe it’s already time to be working on Easter? Boy, how the time flies!
