Hi Everyone! I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything but y’all know how life seems to get in the way. I just thought you would like to see one of the many projects I’m working on right now. I am making about 75 of these cute note cards for an event at my church to be added into a gift packet for attendees. I decided to use the Stampin’ Up! Note Cards and Envelopes because of the convenient size to be inserted into the packets and everything is pre-cut and scored for me.

I used the Bold Butterflies and Butterflies retired dies to cut out the butterfly on the front of the card. I still had some of the Groovy Guava and Lovely Lipstick foil sheets from a year or so ago and thought this would be a great use for them. I stamped the vines from the current Very Versailles stamp set and the “just because” from the retired And Many More set. I used Melon Mambo and Petal Pink as my coordinating inks and cardstock. Of course, I also used the oval punch and the little larger scalloped oval punch to set off the sentiment.

Before I did any of the fun stuff, I ran the card through my printer for the inside message and Bible verse. Then I also placed the additional sheet inside the finished product just as a note to encourage the attendees to send this card on to someone they thought might need a little “thinking of you” note.
Hope you enjoyed this cute and simple project. Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
