Just another really quick and simple Halloween card using some of my retired stamp sets and punches. I pulled out the Cookie Cutter Halloween, Best of Halloween and Spooky Bingo Bits stamp sets from my retired stash, along with some retired ribbon from years gone by. I realized I needed a few more Halloween cards and this template fit the bill. This template came from Monika Davis on Pinterest and I made a few adjustments to accommodate what I had in my stash.
