Well, back on June 30th I showed a video from Stampin’ Up! showcasing different watercoloring techniques. I also said I was going to try and do some actual watercoloring. Well, I finally had a chance to have some fun doing just that. I used the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set to get me started.
