I finally had a chance to scrapbook with a friend this last Wednesday and I pulled out a scrapbook kit from a stamping and scrapbooking company I really enjoy. Anyway, the kit I used was a gift from my SIL who is a maker for this company and I put together the two double-page layouts that were part of the kit. I had enough left over from the kit, so I created this very simple double-page layout. When I get around to adding photos, I may add a little bit of extra embellishments and I’ll do some brief journaling in the little box on the lower right of the second page. It felt good to finally have a chance to do some scrapbooking again.
Of course, with the few strips of paper I had left, I created these two really simple cards. I’m finally learning to use up everything in a kit and not stick it in an Iris box to do later, because “later” never comes. Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
