Whew!! I know it looks like a lot of craft stuff and it is! Let me start at the beginning. Last Wednesday I got back from a 5-day retreat up in the mountains of Arizona. The weather was fabulous, with highs in the 40s. At least fabulous for me. I miss the Illinois seasons. Anyway, I love going on this retreat with six other gals from the Craft Club at our Recreation Center here in Sun City.
I bring plenty of my own scrapbooking to work on, but I also bring loads of supplies to share with the other girls, like embellishments, my Big Shot, embossing folders, ribbon, washi tape and lots and lots of bling and other embellishments. Oh, let’s not forget all of the paper I bring also. My most important tool though is my Cricut. This retreat is my chance to play with it and learn some new ways to use it in my scrapbooking. The above photo is what gets thrown into my car for the 3-1/2 hour trip to the mountains.
Of course, being this is a scrapbooking weekend, do you think I took any photos? Of course not! I didn’t take any pictures of my friends, our work stations or the wonderful meals we had during our five days there, But I did get this picture of the snow that graced our presence one day.

Hopefully I’ll be able to share some of my finished scrapbook pages with you later as I open up my boxes and start pulling everything out.
Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
