I’m doing my best to try to create a CASE-ing Tuesday card at least once a month. It affords me a nice template but also gets the mojo going a little bit. My card above is the one I created using the template below as a jumping-off point.

Of course, the first thing I did was change the orientation of the card. Upon seeing this template was using a frame, I knew it would be perfect to pull out my Desert Details stamp set from the mini catalog and use the frame you can create with the coordinating dies. Also, I’m putting all of the items I receive in any new order in a separate Iris box and am determined to use them before I order anything else. Check Desert Details and the Delicate Desert Designer Series Paper off my list. Yayyy!

My card base is Petal Pink and then I layered it with the Delicate Desert paper. Next I pulled out my retired Hydrangea paper I still have and even though the colors wouldn’t work, the back side is silver. I found this paper hard to use after I bought it and this worked out pretty well.

I just thought I would show you how I made my frame with the dies. I used the metallic plate and then just washi tape to hold it in place.

And last but not least, here is another card I made in November of 2021 using a frame also. Kind of the same style and I love the turkey. Try using a frame on one of your cards and have some fun with it. Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
