I had quite a bit of paper I really didn’t know what to do with, so I cut it in strips and placed them on a white card base. I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought it was a great way to showcase the strips without covering them all up. I simply punched a heart out of white and black cardstock and then ran them through the Big Shot using scalloped square dies, centering the heart in the square. I added a little bit of coordinating ribbon for a finishing touch.

This set of cards had a much wider strip of paper and the punched image didn’t work as well. So these were easy-peasy with just a bit of flowers with some hearts attached to the center of the flowers from my stash and then another heart punch. The tag was also from my stash and a quick stamp, some ribbon and it was finished. Oh, I did add a couple of enamel dots just for a little extra something.

I still have quite a few more card bases to add sentiments and embellishments to, so you’ll be seeing more of these as the weeks go by. Now I need to add a note to the inside and actually mail a few. Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
