I attended an online seminar this weekend sponsored by Stampin’ Up! and I wanted to share with you some of the cards we made. First off, all of the cards we created used the Translucent Floral Bundle. Since I have enough flower stamp sets to last until I’m 80, I decided I would go to my stash and try and duplicate the card using what I had.

I picked my Eden’s Garden stamp set with the coordinating dies. I stamped the flower image along the edges of the Poppy Parade card base in the same ink to add a little something to the card. You can’t see it very well in the photo, but I’m sure you get the idea. We were then supposed to use our Deckle Rectangle dies to cut out the White cardstock to stamp our image on. Once again, I don’t own that die set; so, my Stitched Rectangle dies worked as well.
I then stamped the flower image in Poppy Parade and the little leaf images in Garden Green. I stamped the sentiment again in Poppy Parade and used the dies in the coordinating stamp set to cut out the sentiment. I also took my blending brush and lightly colored the ends of the die-cut to give it a little contrast. Always got to have some bling and the retired Fine Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gems finished off the card.
Give this card a try with stuff from your stash and see what you come up with. I’ve attached the .pdf with instructions from Stampin’ Up! and the little stepped-up version they created also. Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
