Well, I drug these out of the back of my file holding my window sheets. These overlays from Stampin’ Up! are so old I have no idea when they were available. I simply added them to my card bases and then a little bling and they are ready to go. The retired “You’ve Got Style” stamp set came out for some fun to add a little bit to the dotted overlay.
