Well, it’s taken me a while to recover from my scrapbooking retreat last weekend. I was in Palm Springs, California for a Quick Quotes Special Reserve scrapbooking event. I hardly know where to start, but up above are the treats I made for the gals that went with me to the event. I, of course, had to use some Quick Quotes paper to make my tags to commemorate the weekend, along with chocolate! Since I’m not sure what the company’s policy is concerning the scrapbook pages we created at the event, I thought I would just show you a portion of one of the double-page layouts we did. The event consisted of us completing 28 scrapbook pages, 4 mini projects, crop parties, catered lunches, a 12×12 album and lots more goodies! I did not even come close to completing all of the scrapbook pages, so I will have plenty to keep me busy over the next few weeks (or maybe months, since I’m a little slow)!
Anyway, the hotel where the event was held was fabulous and the food was great. The whole weekend was exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. Hope you enjoy some of the above photos and don’t forget to check out their site. I love their paper and the layouts are always beautiful.
