I can’t believe I’m already starting to think about Halloween gifts, but October is right around the corner. These little treat tri-fold goodies are easy to make and a lot of fun. I used the Spooky Bingo Bits stamp set from Stampin’ Up! that retired years ago, along with the small tag punch, I believe it was called.
