I still had plenty of strips of gingham paper leftover from the cards I made, being the paper I used had originally been 6×6. Wouldn’t you know it, one of the sites I visit had a challenge of using strips of paper for cards.

I don’t know about y’all, but when I’m making several cards of the same design and have to cut out images, color them, etc., I always make several extras. Invariably, I end up losing one on my desk or dropping one on the floor and can’t find it or when I do find it, I’ve rolled over it with my chair. So I have a stamp case where I place all of these little leftover extras that I’ve managed not to destroy, and this time I pulled it out to add the finishing touches to my cards. The only thing I ended up stamping was the sentiment.

It was so much fun to finish using up my scraps of paper and then digging in to my box extra images.

And for this last card, I decided I had enough strips and went to my circle punches for more than just the sentiment. It felt so good to use up the gingham and create cards using my little box of fun.
Keep stampin’ and scrappin’!
